The Seaboard Airline Railway reorganization papers consist of correspondence, legal documents, and financial records relating to the reorganization of Seaboard Airline Railway. The majority of the correspondence and papers were sent to HBS professor William J. Cunningham. Cunningham was the James J. Hill Professor of Transportation and served on the expert committee that oversaw the organization.
